Please use this downloadable/printable form to record your mass intention requests and bring it with you to the Parish Office during the office opening hours.
We hope this will reduce your waiting time and give you an opportunity to seek your most important date requests.
Only those confined to the home should make requests by mail.
No Mass will be reserved in the book without a stipend of N100.00 (One Hundred Naira)
There will be no limit on unannounced Mass requests. These Masses are available at anytime and are sent to other parishes in need.
Those who are homebound or unable to visit the office may mail in their requests along with a check or cash with the proper offering. Forms are available on our parish website and in the parish office.
